• Formerly part of the Strategic M&A Investment team at one of China’s leading e-commerce groups (NYSE-listed), responsible for developing and executing global investment strategies. Oversaw the full investment cycle — from sourcing and C-level interviews to due diligence, reporting, and deal closing — across consumer, retail, commercial real estate, and supply chain sectors in China, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

• Worked in the Investment Controlling team at the headquarter of a global retail giant with 7,000+ stores in 11 countries, evaluating strategic investment proposals and validating project profitability across multiple regions and functions.

Entrepreneurship/VC/ PE

• Worked in an European Private Equity with over EUR 2bn AuM, it specializes in mid-market buyouts and invests mainly in Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer and Leisure, Fashion and Design, Service and Distribution sectors.

• Previously served as Co-Founder of a sportswear brand expanding into overseas markets, leveraging China’s supply chain and local strategic partners to enter the Malaysian and Singaporean markets through a combination of online and offline retail channels.

• As a private investor, participated in a pre-IPO investment in a company specializing in silicon carbide (SiC) wafer production, a key material for next-generation semiconductor applications.
